With a passion for wellness and healing, Angie is dedicated to providing personalized therapeutic massage experiences that address the unique needs of each client. As a graduate of Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage on March 25, 2019 (aka 3/25) and licensed as a massage therapist, she has honed her skills in various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, medical massage, and trigger point therapy. She loves learning and is a self-professed "muscle geek" constantly studying and looking for ways to best meet her clients' needs.
Angie's journey into massage therapy began with a desire to alleviate her own physical discomforts and evolved into a mission to help others find relief and relaxation. When she moved to New Kent County in 2020, she was surprised to find that there were no local massage studios. Not one to back down from a challenge, she decided that her time would be best spent helping those in her community, so she opened 325 Massage Therapy studio and hasn't looked back!
Angie approaches each session with empathy, attentiveness, and a commitment to fostering a comfortable and trusting environment. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to unwind and de-stress, she tailors each session to your specific needs and preferences.
When she's not in the studio, you can find her exploring the backroads on her motorcycle, practicing yoga at Home Grown Yoga (support local!), or hanging out with her beloved family and animals. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve her community through the art and science of massage therapy and looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals beyond the massage table.

If you are looking to melt away muscle tension and promote full-body relaxation, this modality is for you. Typically referred to as a "Swedish" massage, it utilizes long, gliding strokes to release tension in the muscles and joints and restore harmony and balance to the mind and body.
Great for improving circulation and reducing tension in overworked muscles, this massage uses the application of direct pressure to get to deeper layers of muscle and assist the body in healing. The goal is to alleviate pain and get to the root of the problem while releasing trigger points. If you want to feel like you are getting "work" done during your massage, this one's for you.
Medical massage therapy (usually done under a doctor's prescription) involves different types of therapeutic procedures that focus on specific medical conditions. The session will focus on the problem area instead of your entire body.
It involves assessments and various massage techniques to support your treatment and goals for healing.
