Appointments at 325 Massage Therapy are by appointment only. We are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments. You can book an appointment by visiting the online booking system via this website, by calling (804) 548-5758, or by email to angiet@325massage.com.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
To secure your appointment, a credit card is necessary. No charges will be applied upon initial booking; however, you have the option to use a stored credit card during check-out. Rest assured that all credit cards are securely stored in the system. Please be aware that any stored card, including the one provided, may be used to cover cancellation fees. Should you wish to remove a credit card from the processing system, kindly contact 325 Massage Therapy at your convenience. We value your privacy, take necessary precautions to safeguard your credit card information, aim to provide a convenient and secure experience for all customers, and encourage you to contact us with any concerns or for further clarification regarding this credit card policy.
LATE ARRIVALS
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, it is important to note that clients who arrive late are still required to pay the full session fee. We will strive to accommodate a grace period, but it may not always be guaranteed. If there is a subsequent appointment scheduled after yours, we can only extend your session for a few minutes.
If you have not arrived by 15 minutes into your session time and you have not called ahead to discuss being late, we will assume that you are a "no show" and will cancel your appointment and you will be charged the no show fee (100% of the appointment fee). It is not our responsibility to call you as you will have received a reminder 24 hours before your appointment time and it is your responsibility to call or text us to communicate any changes to your schedule.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS/RESCHEDULING
To ensure optimal service availability for all valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved service cost. In the case of a "no show," the fee charged will be 100% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation policy allows us to offer available slots to other clients seeking appointments. Insufficient notice hinders our ability to accommodate other individuals who could have booked the same time slot.
Should instances of no shows or cancellations within the 24-hour window become frequent, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable and non-exchangeable deposit of 100% to secure future appointments.
CLIENT HEALTH POLICY
We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, please cancel your session. Late cancellation due to emergency or illness will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
While rare, there may be instances where we are unable to provide a massage due to medical reasons. Certain medical conditions are contraindications to massage and could potentially cause harm. If, during the consultation or during your massage, your therapist determines that your condition is a contraindication, she will recommend that you consult your primary care physician (PCP) promptly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We value your safety (and ours)! During inclement weather, we will accept same day cancellations without any penalties.
REFUNDS
1. All purchases of services, including massages and related treatments, are non-refundable.
2. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a scheduled service appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling options at your convenience. If you have prepaid for the service and are unable to reschedule, we can discuss refund options.
3. If you encounter any concerns about the quality of our services, please bring them to Angie's attention, and she will make every effort to address and resolve the matter appropriately.
INAPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR/RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to maintaining the highest level of privacy for our clients' personal information. Rest assured that all information disclosed during consultations and services is treated with strict confidentiality, unless legally required to be shared. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we take every precaution to protect your information.
The types of information that is collected by 325 Massage Therapy includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, and general health data. We collect this information through a Client Intake Form, which is required to be filled out by each client before a service can be performed. Contact information is collected in case there is a need to contact you regarding an existing or upcoming appointment. Often, we will contact you via text (SMS) messaging. We also use your contact information (mostly email addresses) for marketing purposes. If you wish not to receive marketing messages, please unsubscribe at your convenience or contact us at angiet@325massage.com or (804) 548-5758 to be removed from marketing messages.
Further, all information collected by 325 Massage Therapy via our website is encrypted and remains secured after data is collected. We will never share your information with any third party services.
